(1st line) to impact our dynamic IT environment. In this pivotal role, you'll join our vibrant team to resolve and manage IT issues efficiently, leveraging the ServiceNow system.
About Role:
Position: Service Desk Analyst (1st line)
Work Location: Warsaw (hybrid work model - full remote work possible after the initial onboarding period)
Project language: 100% Polish
Contract options: B2B or employment contract (UoP)

responsibilities :
Manage tickets in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes within the ServiceNow, Jira, ensuring compliance with ITIL practices.
Proactively manage issues by quick response, preventive action, including prioritization, analysis, and managing both corrective and preventive change processes.
Keep track of SLA compliance, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions.
Efficiently distribute tickets among support groups and process Service Requests.
Monitor and respond to system alerts and events to maintain system performance and integrity.
Collaborate with the dev-ops team, both internal and external clients, maintaining productive working relationships.
Supervise problem resolution procedures and their regular updates.
requirements-expected :
Excellent communication skills are essential.
At least 1 year experience with the ServiceNow system.
Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (especially MS Azure)
Basic knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Dynatrace and Prometheus.
Solid knowledge of IT technologies relevant to technical services and their components, such as servers, workstations, networks, databases, and software development and maintenance processes.
Ability to work effectively in a team and share knowledge.
Fluent polish is a must.
Proficiency in English at an advanced level
