about-project :
The BTS -Finance Performance team is responsible for the corporate financial planning solutions, our target is to improve the process, introduce automation, evaluate if the current IT portfolio is the most suitable to achieve business objectives, draw a roadmap, and finally innovate at different scales (from minor enhancements to the implementation of major innovative solution projects)
responsibilities :
You will be accountable for supporting and improving solutions within the BTS Finance Performance area with a special focus on Tax Capabilities
You will participate in projects, and process enhancement, run PoCs and prototypes in a short time, and measure the outcome value that might bring to our organization and the risks
You participate in the execution of the projects introduced after approved PoCs
You research technology and look for the best IT solutions ( focus on SAP area)
requirements-expected :
Technical: SAP functional consultant focused on Tax area
Generally proven experience in FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CCM, CO-OM, CO-PCA, CO-PA and CO-PC SAP modules
Familiar S/4 HANA environment.
Fiori Apps configuration
Definition for PI or ABAP Interface programs with third-party entities (invoicing, EDI,...)
ABAP understanding (simple debugging, BAPI, BADI, User, queries).
Main expertise in Tax area:
Tax codes maintenance VAT/Tax on Sales/Purchases
Withholding tax maintenance
Awareness of EDI and Idocs
FI Integration with MM and SD (in general and specifically in tax area)
Knowledge of PI, XML maintenance, any electronic document exchange
Knowledge of BRF+
Tax and legal local reporting settings
DCR – Document compliance reporting/ tax reporting or ACR
Knowledge of Excise Tax concept and IT solutions that could be applied
Tax localizations:
(localization solution for Spain SII),
SAF-T report for Portugal, (Taxes/SAF-T configuration, Portuguese localization, support)
UK Make Tax Digital
Other skills:
Communication skills; Proven effective written and speaking communication skills in presenting complex data clearly
Organizational/managerial skills and experience in managing a small /mid-size team in different areas
Ability to work effectively as a part of a team or individually
Ability to work together with business and coordinate IT teams to run prototypes and projects
Experience in the Tax area as a user or in the IT departments, know Tax solutions and have notions to improve the processes and pain points
Experience with S4 (and SAP BW BPC and Group Reporting is a +)
You speak business language
You are curious about the new technology and have enough understanding to be a self-learner
You can accept the risks of failure and learn from it
You investigate and explore the market and keep up with technology trends (mostly in the SAP area but not necessarily limited to)
Work experience:
Working in multinational environments
Participation in roll out and Global Reference Model implementation
Operational support issue fixes and enhancement
ABAP understanding (Basic debugging, search error message,)
Project management experience /managerial skills
Certificates:
Postgraduate in Audit and cost accounting
Master in SAP Consulting / SAP certification
