Location: Gdynia or remote What You'll Do: Contribute to High-Traffic Systems: Actively contribute to code quality, write clean code and refactor existing modules for better maintainability. What We're Looking For: Must-Have Skills: Proficient in TypeScript and ES6+ Strong working knowledge of Node.Js and frameworks like Fastify (or Express/NestJS) Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (query optimization, index management, basic schema design) Practical understanding of web scaling concepts: caching (Redis), load balancing, and async processing Good code review practices and collaborative mindset Good command of English (B2 and above) Minimum 1 year of professional backend development experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Druid, ClickHouse, Snowflake) Familiarity with Angular, NestJS, or Express.Js React Native Experience Go or Rust DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Startup Experience Why AdTonos?
