Location: Gdynia or remote What You'll Do: Tackle High-Traffic Challenges: Work on projects handling massive traffic, including 200M+ requests and 800M+ messages daily. Build from the Ground Up: Lead greenfield projects with a high degree of autonomy. What We're Looking For: Must-Have Skills: Proficient in TypeScript and ES6+ Expertise in Node.Js and Fastify Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (including DB design, queries, aggregations, replication, and sharding) Skilled in Scaling Web Applications: Load balancing, clustering, and optimization Mentorship Abilities: In-depth code reviews and pair programming Good Command of English (B2 and above) Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in backend development Nice-to-Have Skills: Druid, ClickHouse, Snowflake) Familiarity with Angular, NestJS, or Express.Js React Native Experience Go or Rust DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Startup Experience Why AdTonos?
