About the Project We are seeking a Senior SAP CRM Consultants to join team in Q4. You will deliver expert implementation, optimization, and integration of the CRM/CX portfolio into enterprise SAP S/4HANA and ECC landscapes to streamline core business processes. Work Mode: 100% Remote Timezone: EMEA region (EU Citizenship / Work Permit required) Start Date: Q4 2026 Duration: 12 months (with extension potential) Engagement Model: B2B Job Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize SAP CRM On-Premise / CX solutions and integrate them with SAP S/4HANA and ECC landscapes. Build and enhance custom solutions using CRM ABAP (WebClient UI / BSP, BOL/GenIL, One Order framework) and extend standard objects. Develop core business processes, including Account & Contact Management, Activities, and Service Processes. Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot CRM Middleware configuration and data replication across SAP systems. Perform advanced ABAP debugging to rapidly isolate and resolve technical, middleware, and integration issues. Expectations Hands-on expertise in CRM ABAP development (WebClient UI, BOL/GenIL, One Order framework). In-depth knowledge of standard SAP CRM On-Premise processes (Account/Contact, Activities, Service). Solid experience with CRM Middleware and data synchronization with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Strong ABAP debugging skills to resolve complex performance and replication issues. Participation in at least 2 full-cycle SAP CRM implementations or long-running support/rollout projects. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Nice to have: experience with modern SAP CX suite integrations or UI tools (SAP Fiori, OData, UI5), SAP CRM or ABAP certifications, German language skills.
