The RAN (Radio Access Network) Performance organization is responsible to systemize, design, implement and test software 5G features. What you will do: Develop new features for the 5G RAN participating in all design phases from early studies and design to receiving feedback on the functionality from our customers and live networks Work with improving quality of the scheduling software Collaborate with architects to discuss architecture details/concerns Implementation of UPC domain care backlog items Thrive when driving technology leadership The skills you bring: Hands-on experience and knowledge in C/C++ programming Experience in development of real-time embedded systems Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities General programming skills is an advantage, e.G. Python Experience with AI-powered developer tools in daily software development workflow (e.G.
