About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer who will join a project for our client from the pharma sector. In this role, you will serve as a key technical authority responsible for the reliability, scalability, and automation of a multi-cloud provisioning platform, helping engineering teams build and operate highly available production environments. What you will do Drive the reliability, scalability, and performance of a multi-cloud platform across production environments. Design and implement automation solutions that eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. Define, monitor, and continuously improve SLI/SLO metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for platform enhancements. Lead incident management activities, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term reliability improvements. Collaborate closely with product, security, and engineering teams to embed reliability and operational excellence across the software development lifecycle. What we are looking for 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure design, operations, and troubleshooting. Proven experience managing and scaling production Kubernetes environments. Ability to work independently, make architectural decisions, and deliver production-ready infrastructure with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across distributed engineering teams.
