Senior Java Backend Developer

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Java Backend Developer Responsibilities: Upgrade applications to Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.3.X baseline Design, develop and maintain Java applications supporting savings and investments products Build calculation engines ensuring compliance with tax regulations across multiple countries Develop solutions supporting complex business processes, tax authority integrations and customer-facing reporting Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing and deployment activities Collaborate with financial analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions Requirements: Proven experience in Java and Spring Boot upgrade projects Strong proficiency in Java 21 and Spring Boot Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Practical knowledge of messaging technologies such as JMS, MQ or similar Strong understanding of Java frameworks including Spring and Hibernate Experience with relational databases and SQL-based development Knowledge of OpenAPI and AsyncAPI for producing and consuming data Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles Very good command of English, both spoken and written Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
