Data Modeler – Data Governance & Model Documentation Specialist

Data Modeler | Data Governance | Hybrid | Lisbon Are you passionate about data modeling, governance, and ensuring high-quality data structures? We're looking for a Data Modeler to join an international banking project, where you'll play a key role in maintaining and evolving enterprise data models while ensuring compliance with governance standards and best practices. If you enjoy working with structured data, collaborating with technical teams, and driving data consistency across complex systems, this opportunity is for you. Hybrid | Lisbon (2 days/week in the office) Key Responsibilities Maintain and update conceptual, logical and physical data models. Produce and maintain accurate data model documentation, including entities, attributes, relationships and constraints. Ensure compliance with data governance standards, naming conventions and validation workflows. Coordinate data model changes with Data Custodians, Data Office, DBAs and development teams. Monitor implementation progress and ensure approved model changes are delivered according to governance processes. Keep domain diagrams up to date to support knowledge sharing and application understanding. Support controlled evolution of enterprise data models while preserving consistency, quality and data integrity.
