Senior Etl Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ETL Engineer experienced in traditional data management and extraction models using OLAP cubes to maintain and optimize existing logical models containing a fixed number of sources. As an ETL Engineer, you'll address real-world business challenges related to maintaining the ETL model and delivering information to stakeholders. Project information: Type of project: IT Services Office location: Cracow Work model: 100% remote from PL Budget: 130-150 PLN net/ h - b2b Project length: long-term Project language: Polish & English Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability) Project scope: Design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions, ETL processes, and data pipelines using the SSIS platform, MDX, SQL, and OLAP cubes Create and maintain semantic models and analytical datasets Develop interactive reports based on business requirements Optimize existing data models to ensure performance, scalability, and data accuracy Analyze business requirements and investigate root causes of data-related issues Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions Maintain and update technical documentation, data models, and solution designs Competence demands: Min. 5 years of professional experience in BI/data/SQL programming Hands-on experience with SSIS and OLAP cubes Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server) Practical experience with MDX optimization techniques Excellent analytical skills Experience with Power BI, Fabric, Azure Synapse/Azure Data Lake is a plus Experience in consulting or working with clients is a plus Ability to understand business needs and propose effective technical solutions Good knowledge of Polish and English We offer: Working at a Microsoft Partner with extensive experience in data and business analysis Remote working model Diverse projects across multiple industries A dynamic environment that fosters initiative, independence, and learning Job agreement based on b2b Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) Multisport card (also for an accompanying person) Life insurance
