Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java (80%), React (20%) and AWS and a proven ability to deliver scalable full stack solutions for enterprise banking platforms. Dual sourcing will be used for this role.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using Java and AWS services.

Implement secure, resilient, and maintainable services and APIs.

Collaborate with product and platform teams to meet delivery and quality targets.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Java and related frameworks, RESTful services, and SQL/NoSQL data stores.

Experience with AWS services for application development and deployment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication.

5–7 years of relevant full stack development experience.

Background with large-scale banking or financial services platforms is a plus

Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
