Your main responsibilities: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning modelsAutomate deployment, testing, and monitoring of AI solutions in production environmentsManage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP and optimize resources for ML workloadsCollaborate with data scientists to ensure reproducibility and scalability of experimentsImplement model monitoring and performance tracking systems using tools like MLflow, Prometheus, or GrafanaTroubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to ensure continuous system uptimeDocument workflows, processes, and infrastructure configurations clearly and comprehensivelyApply best practices for security, compliance, and data governance within AI pipelinesSupport ongoing improvements of MLOps tools, frameworks, and processesStay abreast of emerging trends and new practices in AI infrastructure and MLOps You're ideal for this role if you have: Minimum 4 years of experience in MLOps, AI Infrastructure, or related engineering fieldsStrong proficiency in Python and scripting languages such as BashHands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similarKnowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and KubernetesExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for ML and data pipelinesFamiliarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learnDeep understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflow orchestration toolsExperience with model monitoring and observability tools such as MLflow, Prometheus, or GrafanaExcellent problem-solving skills and capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teamsFluent in English, both written and spoken It is a strong plus if you have: Certification or hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS/Azure certifications, or equivalentKnowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to data and AI systems Language Required for the role: Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken Eligibility for the role: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.
