Application Security Coordinator

Role overview: We are looking for a Application Security Coordinator to coordinate and drive remediation of security findings coming from penetration tests and vulnerability scans. This role acts as a central technical coordinator, ensuring that identified vulnerabilities are properly assessed, prioritised, and resolved in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams. Key Responsibilities Coordination of Security Testing Outcomes Vulnerability Assessment & Prioritisation Driving Remediation Stakeholder Management & Communication Establishing and following Governance & Reporting Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of application and infrastructure security Experience with vulnerability scans and penetration test reports Ability to assess risk and prioritise work Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills Familiarity with Jira Expected Outcome

- Improved visibility and control of vulnerability landscape

- Timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities

- Strengthened compliance with internal security standards and external regulations

- Reduced security risk across applications and infrastructure Must-have knowledge and experience Technical Competence

- Solid understanding of: Application and infrastructure security and Vulnerability Management processes

- Ability to interpret: Penetration testing reports and Vulnerability scan outputs

- Knowledge of CVE, CWE, and CVSS standards Coordination & Governance

- Strong ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders

- Experience in driving remediation activities in a structured manner

- Analytical approach to risk assessment and prioritisation Communication

- Ability to communicate complex security topics clearly

- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice-to-have knowledge and experience Experience in Banking will be an asset
